Michael RyanCANONThe Ryan family would like to thank everyone who helped us at our sad time, the occasion of the death of our dear brother Canon Michael Ryan. Special thanks are extended to Fr. Rafal Sobieszuk, to Bishop Joseph Toal who celebrated the Requiem Mass, to the many priests who concelebrated, to Frs. Michael Briody and Gerard Bogan who preached so eloquently, to Deacon John McGarry and Fr James Grant, the Diocesan Chancellor, who made the funeral arrangements, to Heritage Funeral Services and to the very many people who attended Canon Michael's Reception and Requiem Mass. A sincere thanks must go to all Canon Michael's home carers, to the medical staff at Hunter Health Centre and Hairmyres Hospital, and to those who gave generously of their time to visit Canon Michael in his retirement and ill-health. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
